At Born Fragrance, we treat every order with the utmost care and urgency. Our dedicated logistics team ensures that your luxury items are prepared, securely packaged, and dispatched from our Dubai facility within 0 to 1 business day.
1. Domestic Delivery (United Arab Emirates) For our local clientele within the UAE, we offer expedited, premium delivery (estimated 1-2 business days) via our trusted local couriers, including Quickup, Max Courier, and Jeebly.

2. International GCC Delivery We proudly ship our authentic fragrances across the GCC region via our elite cross-border logistics network, including Aramex, SMSA Express, Naqel International, Threeline Cargo, and Emirates Post.
Please note: A minimum purchase value of AED 400 is required for all international shipments outside the UAE.
Complimentary Luxury Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait on all orders exceeding AED 1,500.

Unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, courier delays, or customs clearance procedures, may occasionally extend delivery times.
3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes As a cross-border purchaser, you are the importer of record. All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are strictly the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your checkout price.
4. Unpaid Customs & Refusal of Delivery To protect the integrity of our inventory, Born Fragrance maintains a strict legal policy regarding the refusal of delivery. If a package is returned to us—or abandoned by the courier—because the customer refuses to pay the required import duties, taxes, or fails to accept the delivery:
- The customer will be held fully liable for all original shipping charges, any return shipping costs incurred by Born Fragrance, and a 20% restocking fee. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
- If the local customs authority or courier destroys the package due to non-payment of duties, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
