OVERVIEW This website is operated by Born Fragrance. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Born Fragrance, which operates legally under QALB AL AHMAR PERFUMES TRADING LLC (registered in mainland United Arab Emirates) and our retail division NEW BORN FRAGRANCE WLL (registered in Bahrain). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

SECTION 2 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain regarding local retail operations).

SECTION 3 - AUTHENTICITY, PRODUCTS & TRADEMARKS Born Fragrance operates as an independent retailer. We legally procure 100% authentic, branded luxury perfumes from authorized local distributors within the UAE to supply to our international clientele. Please note that Born Fragrance is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original designers or brand owners of the fragrances we sell. All designer brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used purely for identification purposes.

SECTION 4 - MEDICAL & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER Because we retail international branded products, we do not formulate or manufacture the fragrances sold on this site. Perfumes contain concentrated essential oils, alcohol, and synthetic molecules. Born Fragrance is strictly not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, respiratory issues, or medical conditions that may arise from the use of these products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review the manufacturer’s ingredient list on the physical packaging prior to use and to perform a skin patch test.

SECTION 5 - SUBJECTIVE EXPERIENCE & PRODUCT APPEARANCE Fragrance is a highly subjective experience that interacts uniquely with individual skin chemistry. Born Fragrance is not liable for, and will not issue refunds based upon, a customer's personal dislike of a scent profile, longevity, or projection. Furthermore, while we have made every effort to display the colors and images of the products accurately, minor variations in packaging color or glass tinting due to your computer or mobile screen display settings do not constitute a "defective" product.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF BORN FRAGRANCE While we respect the trademarks of the brands we sell, the actual design of this website, our unique imagery, our curated scent descriptions, and the "Born Fragrance" logo are the exclusive intellectual property of QALB AL AHMAR PERFUMES TRADING LLC. Any competitor, business, or individual caught scraping, stealing, or repurposing our original website images, text, or branding will face immediate legal action.

SECTION 7 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
